Wilderness Xtreme Sports Producer & Director Nicholas Caramagno

 

Nicholas Caramagno // Producer & Creative Director of WXSports and CaraMedia LLC // has produced, directed, and edited numerous films for organizations such as Detroit Public Television, Detroit Pockets of Cool, Wayne State University, and Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts. Other local venues he has worked include the Detroit Institute of the Arts, the Detroit Opera House, the Fox Theatre, The Fillmore, The Bonstelle Theatre, The Hilberry Theatre, Eisenhower Dance, and more. Nicholas has also produced work in New York City, Iowa City, and is in pre-production for future locations in 2014.

 Nicholas Caramagno has completed his Bachelor of Science in Dance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI), and will be graduating spring 2014 with both of his degrees. With his extensive knowledge of multi-media, videography, editing, and post-production, Nicholas choreographs for both the stage and the camera. His research has been highly recognized and has been presented at the National Conference of Undergraduate Research, spring 2012 at Weber University. In April 2012, he was featured on MetroArts Detroit, broadcast on Detroit Public Television for his research on the integration of multi-media in the performance space. Using various forms of technology, he aims to bring new perception and exploration into videography & dance culture.

Paul Lubanski

Wilderness Xtreme Sports Co-Inventor & Event Coordinator Paul Lubanski

 

Michigan native and co-WILD GOLF inventor Paul Lubanski brings decades of accumulated sports-accented and business acumen to the Wilderness Xtreme Sports team. Lubanski spent over 25 years in various corporate marketing & sales positions  --  most recently, as a Midwest Sales Director for NASDAQ OMX's Corporate Client Group Division In Chicago.

He attended Michigan State University where earned his B.A. and was both a walk-on ice hockey player and varsity lacrosse letter winner. His father, Eddie Lubanski, was a phenom baseball and football player before becoming a Hall of Fame World Champion professional bowler.

 

Paul is also lauded internationally as a coach/youth hockey expert and exhilarating motivational speaker.

And, it should be noted, Lubanski is the reigning WXSports WILD GOLF World Champion and welcomes challengers of all ages to try and wrestle away his international title.

Evan Caramagno is the President of Wilderness Xtreme Sports and Production Manager for CaraMedia Productions. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, double majoring in both accounting and management. He graduated with university honors, management departmental honors, and in the top five percent of his graduating class. Through CaraMedia, he has managed the production of commercials, videos for broadcast, music videos, concept videos, websites, web content, audio recordings and other various productions/media.
